Absolutely. We have very much an open door policy.
There is no martial arts age limit, and anyone can benefit from beginning to train. Although exercise is important to all age groups, the older we get the more imperative it becomes to stay active and maintain good health.
Minor injuries are common in martial arts, but are not any more serious or likely than in any other contact sport. Your risk of injury is probably no worse than if you play football, rugby, boxing or any other contact sport.
We always do what we can to minimise the risk.
